What will this project look like when it's done? Clarify the outcomes! Brainstorming: filling in the gaps between the current reality and the envisioned reality. Mind mapping; quantity over quality. Project needs clarity? Move up the natural planning scale! Needs action? Move down the scale.

So far forced me to get back up to speed on my own productivity frameworks.
1. What are your "open loops"?
2. What defines a successful outcome? - goals
3. What is the next physical step you can take to get closer to this outcome?
4. Keep track of these loops in a reliable system.
