Huge apologies to all who have bought Better Be Sure yesterday/earlier today. I encountered a big formatting error where chapter 16 got booted up to chapter 20.

Andy and I have since corrected the issue, and we are hoping anyone who purchased can download newer version, Kindle should send a note saying a newer version is there.
