I enjoyed this book, however I had trouble keeping track of different characters. They didn’t hook me well at the beginning so I couldn’t tell the difference between generations & characters unless I was really compelled by their story, which seemed to vary from chapter to chapter. Reminded me of Thornbirds but it’s simply was not as clear who is in what generation or what defines one character from the next.
