I’ve reopened this anthology in order to supplement my additional reading. At the moment, I’m in love with poetry of the Tang Dynasty (618-907). Particularly, Bo Juyi (the end of “A Song of Unending Sorrow” touched my soul). Followed by Li Yu’s, “To the tune Qingping yue” and “To the tune Wang jiangnan”. And, of course, China’s most outstanding woman poet, Li Qingzhao -> “Yi jian mei” ❤️
