It's a great resource for people pleasers who have difficulty saying no or want to fix everyone else's problems. There are valuable tools and insights. I'm not into 12step programs or giving yourself to a higher power, but there behaviors I recognize in myself and others that help me to see why we are unhappy living the way we do.
