Many years since I read this- LOVED IT!

Isn't it just amazing? I love the way the writer can flawlessly move between characters and telling the story as they see it, even though the narrator for the most part is a little boy. The book was recommended by a friend whom I trust completely because if she gives it high marks, I KNOW it is a good read. I feel the same about you too!
