Absolutely riveting. A truly disturbing story that captured me from the first page, and kept me turning pages with fevered fingertips. I can't believe these people are real life. Most of all, this is a great book to explain what it is like living with an abusive monster. What it feels like to hide it from the world, and the reasons behind the lies and avoidance. A compelling read from start to finish.
