The colors are beautiful 🌈😍👍🏻 The journaling prompts are helping me narrow down what makes me happy in life and how I can cultivate more of that energy. I like this idea, I'm not sure if 5 minutes is long enough for my mind to truly captivate happiness but this is my baby steps towards trying.

The last few prompts focused on addressing unhappiness. The last few mornings this journal has been making me sad, not happy. I'm all happy to start my journal in the morning and right away it wants me to remember tough times compared to the happy ones. I was in a good place, this has been bringing me down occasionally. Evoking negative feelings every morning isn't helpful for me, personally.

As much happiness and joy as this has, it also teaches you to practice feeling negative feelings. I wasn't expecting that at all. It's like everything else is amped up so much just to slip that heavy aspect in. Some of these exercises are making me realize I have work to do, which isn't creating joy. Other exercises are really positive helping me tap into joy quickly. Tough.
