What a surprise page-turner this book has turned out to be. Having never read a "war novel" before, I picked it up as a personal challenge of sorts; seeing it as a streamable movie on Amazon Prime, I decided I wanted to read the tome first, as Hollywood sometimes takes too many liberties with the script. Glad I made this choice.....this book is FANTASTIC!!
