Eesh, I hated this one. The heroine needed such a slap upside the head I thought. How are you liking it?

SO far I am actually really enjoying it, but when I saw your review I thought 'uh oh!'. I'm not seeing the hero as a beta, nor the heroine as ditz - not yet. (Are you sure this is the same book??!) LOL!!

Yep, it came. :-) The first 150 pages were quite solid, but then it really spiraled into the land of crazy decisions after that. But I think the author (not the heroine) needs the slap as she wrote her H/h with too many contradictions and inconsistencies. I enjoyed it, but skimmed much of the ending.
It was one mess of a read alright :)
