Status Update

I originally read this book in a Constitutional Law Class back in 1996-97 time frame, from what I recall. So instead of busting out the old paper back fist edition, I just ordered the third edition. Read as much as I could in the Amazon Kindle Preview before I wait for my hardback to arrive. Just reached the Polk Administration.
