I’m rather....uh... how shall we say....CONCERNED by Alec’s lack of taking the blame for how he used Tess and instead nails it on her parents for not “protecting” her. Yeah, and uhh, were they THERE when you just forced her to do what you wanted?! Srsly, I do NOT like him.

One of my favourite classics I think, fills my heart !
I’m absolutely loving it so far!! I think the character building and descriptions are great and her family are so funny but also very sweet and innocent. I’m very excited to see how it turns out with the whole thing with her and Mr D’Urberville...I don’t really like him right now but I love how they always fight
