Great list, TS! I agree with many of the books on this list and I so need to The Light of all that Falls... I just need to reread Shadow and Echo

Just finished The Light of All That Falls on sunday, and it was amazing. Licanius trilogy was my first step into "epic fantasy" and it was amazing, and i found last book to be best of the three.

Islington included a pretty comprehensive summary of the prior books but if you’ve the time, I’ll definitely recommend rereading because it’s such a complex plot. Enjoy!!

So glad you loved it as well. And I agree with your sentiment.
I’ve read Circe and the first two books in The Forgotten Library series. I need to continue that one. Uriah is on my TBR list as is First Law and Licanius series. I wish there was more time in a day to pick up these books!

Ahhh The Labyrinth of the Spirits! Making my way through it now (I've been putting it off because I don't want the series to end), but The Shadow of the Wind is my all time favourite; it changed me as a person.
Oooh The Light of all That Falls has become one of my favorite books of all time! It was that good! I also really enjoyed The Riyria Revelations and Faithful and the Fallen. Great list! I still need to read more of Sullivan's and John Gwynne's works!

Imagine my shock when Zafon passed on just a few days after I've finished it. I'm still not over it. :'(

Hope you'll enjoy their latest series as well.
