As the previous stories, Library of Babel is another intricate and complex read. While the following stories up to Death and Compass were a bit easy to follow, I must say, one still needs a focused attention to get through each. The story of Funes is another favorite of mine. I also noticed that Borges likes to touch topics on linguistics. A lot of stories so far include at least a paragraph about language.

The second story, The Garden of Forking Paths, is easier to follow but not as interesting as the first, Tlon, Uqbar, Orbis Tertius.

Why does this remind me of Lovecraft when they write on entirely different themes? Maybe because they talk about a mysterious world apart from us?
