Early on in this book there’s a line to the effect there are no bad books, just books that are not right for you right now, or something like that. That’s how I feel about this book. About 3/4 of the way through, and in the midst of this f’ed-up world we are currently living in, I’m not sure a dark tale of f’ed-up people is the book I really need right now.
