Up to chapter 18 and I can't quite figure out why I am still continuing to read on. The writing is good (for an amateur, non-edited/published work), that's not the issue. It's the content. Brutal, heart-wrenching, make you sick in the worst kinds of ways. If I don't make it to part 2 soon I have a feeling I'm not going to be able to finish...
