I'm incredibly pissed off. My new phone is STILL not activated, and customer service is just like "Oh, err... It'll be activated by 12 a.m.!" NO! It's already past 12 a.m., and you've been telling me that it'll be activated by 12 a.m. for the PAST TWO DAYS!
