Not enjoying this, might DNF. I think may skip to the Hitler chapter & evaluate based on that. I really think context needs to be added, like at the end of the chapter who this person grew up to be, historical significance.

The first vignette focused on Idi Amin, whom I had to look up (I shouldn't have as I took pre colonial & colonial African history courses, ugh). The story was a bit hard to follow and especially since I don't know a lot of the context, it was hard yo judge on interpretation of history, reflection, representation.
