Not sure what page I'm on - I'm reading the ebook version. Engaging so far, although a couple bits of the first journal entry worry me. Why would a female MD, in her own diary, mention her ample bosom? Yes, she was cold, but I've never gotten cold boobs first. Then again, I start out /very/ sensitive to how male authors write female characters - I could very well be overly judgmental here.
