Fantastic. I would give it 5 stars but poor editing keeps distracting me. It seems to improve significantly after the 1st book.
These books are everything I love about the Anita Blake series minus the gratuitous sex. The book I’m currently on focuses on a wolf pack and is by far my favorite so far.

Book title that’s wolf-centric is “Forbidden Magic” 4th in the series.
