Getting utterly frustrated now. Almost ready to slam the book down in frustration. Just killed off my favorite character to date and wouldn't even allow him to fight it. Made me 😠.

So far, this is quite a clever take on a murder mystery and I'm enjoying the process. I don't recall ever reading a book done in quite this way before. Glad of the kindle search function, however, as otherwise I would be struggling to keep up with who. is who.

It is? Up till that point I was quite enjoying the read. And now that I've gotten past that point by a chapter or two and had my tantrum 😤, I'm actually back to being drawn in. It really is a clever book. A bit drawn out, but it makes it so that you're seeing all the little things as if you're following him around.
