// What is the author doing and why is she doing it to Jude… And the fact that he’s willing to disrupt a criminal investigation is absurd to me, he’s a fucking private investigator for heaven’s sake! This moment is just incredibly weird!!

// Also in regard to the author’s obnoxious “jokes” ... it’s like when a five-year-old finds or says something supposedly cute, and at first, people laugh and even seem to think it’s cute, the first maybe two times … Then after the 500th time, you can’t help but think to yourself like shut the fuck up already ... enough with that fucking nonsense! Just stop!!

// Some of the author’s jokes in this book, like one husband calling the other wife, is fucking inappropriate, tone deaf, ignorant, and completely obnoxious! It’s meant as a joke, sure we know that, but it’s so incredibly off-colour and tone deaf when you’re writing MM, that I can’t even! So it’s not the characters making stupid ignorant jokes, it’s completely on the author! She is destroying the book!!
