I'm ambivalent about this book. On one hand, I like the military theme, it's well done. The action is rather well described. The Sci-Fi part is believable and interesting to decipher. On the other hand, it lacks character development, which it's extremely important for me. I don't feel attached or even remotely identified with any of them on any level.
