This book is literally very hard to read, due to it being written in a post-apocalyptic pseudo-phonetic version of English. It doesn't get much easier as you go. Having said that, it definitely shows the author taking a huge risk, and that "hard reading experience" is likely part of the intended effect of the book on the reader (as w/Infinite Jest...yeah, I know, I know, I'll shut up about IJ).
