Have work to do but keep thinking about reading this book instead... so tempting

Kindle says I read 33%--I stayed up past my bedtime to devour the story. The book is pitch perfect so far: Amina as an angsty, mid-career individual who moved to DC. Omar, her nephew, is 11 years old and full of clear-eyed wonder.
