This is a fun book: nothing groundbreaking, nothing entirely unique, but just gaudy and raunchy enough to keep it interesting. In a way I wish Spector had kept Basil and Henry as they are instead of “genderbending” them (maybe that’s just because I’m a raging queer lol, but I feel I would’ve enjoyed it more that way). This book still beats 50 Shades and I think Oscar enjoys it. 3.5/5 (giving it 4 on here)

Wasn’t able to read much today due to headache, but I can definitely see how crucial it was for Spector to include Oscar in the authors list. So far pretty much the same as the original text, just Rosemary and Helen instead of Basil and Henry. Not far enough yet to be able to give a temp rating.

I’m so excited to read this book!! Oscar got a kick out of us buying it lol, it’ll be nice to read something that doesn’t take itself seriously for once. The comments are something to drink to (they don’t seem to understand that it’s porn, and thus a parody). Excited none the less.
