Even though the data across all credit bureaus is the same, it is interpreted differently. Hence, there are varying scores among Experian, Equifax, Transunion, & FICO. Do not close out old credit accounts once they are paid because that gives good credit history. Maxing out your line of credit lowers your score in comparison to only using a small percentage of a much larger line of credit.

The Facebook posts of wins and letters were pretty encouraging. The scenario scripts were insightful and equipping. Confidence in the ability to do this is building up. I liked #BowDown on p. 114. Justin has it under control. I underlined marks takeaway tips on p.115.
Now I just have to follow up on all these links on p.114.

An intelligent, anonymous mathematician generated the effective concept of the bizarre letter. It's in all capital letters with deliberate spelling errors, and it is proven to get items removed. I found it entertaining and funny just reading the content. It's so particular yet flawed, and it appears aa though the person was so angry that the writer made a few errors. Ha! Ha! Ha!

I learned that CredCo can make errors just like Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. The approach for dealing with CredCo is very similar to the approach with other creditors, using the same letter template. CFPB protects Americans and non-Americans. I did not know that.

Change paper color, paper size, and font type to get human attention, not a machine. Falsifying any part of a credit report is grounds for getting items removed from a report. While an item is removed from your credit report if you have a legitimate debt, then it still needs to be paid. That way it'll be removed from court records. Creditors state that they get your information from bankruptcy court, but they're not.

There's an old saying that: Knowledge is power. Well this book genuinely empowers the reader. Chapter 2 recommends getting organized, keeping track of letters, exercising your right to dispute anything on your credit report, certifying mail, and counting calendar days. Time and date stamp credit reports. Letter 1 is shown. If your account is claimed to be accurate, send Letter #2A. I like the chapter's title.

Update information with bureaus to boost score. File taxes via paper to avoid being audited. Organize and document communication, especially the three letter templates for getting derogatory items removed from report.
