Story is nice enough, and characters are likable but I struggled with some of the poor grammar from the main characters. Frequently they would say things like, “she don’t go there” or “I hope he don’t ask her out.” This is no good for this grammar nazi. If it matched a particular character’s verbiage, then I could deal with it but it seemed all of the characters were afflicted with this problem.
