The second half was much better. Saeki comes out with his plan to use outsiders to stop the other school from destroying the festival decorations! He also confronts Maki, something we’ve long awaited. The ex student council president explains to Mafuyu about the 3 bets in play, starting with the one with his mother to stop her divorce. Odd way to end.
