***SPOILER ALERT*** This book is going in the DNF pile! Upon returning to work after the gala, Karma's wealthy best friend Daniel is a coworker who blabbed all her business to another coworker? The second coworker is following Karma hounding her for details? If I wanted immature behavior, I would read young adult fiction. The poor plot and character development are already becoming clear. Not a book for me.

I'm completely confused. Karma goes up to Mark's hotel room but isn't able to carry through with the tryst. Childhood trauma interferes. But sexual trauma was from sibling teasing? But she's had two lovers as an adult? It's not believable that she can't have sex now because of trauma that didn't interfere in two previous adult relationships. I hope this book gets better.
