I’m afraid this is headed toward my abandoned pile. The part in Finland I can forgive, but the we’re now in Washington (where I used to live and which I love). The scene setting is more plausible, but the characterization and prose are pretty hard to take. I’ll give it one more try after a couple of palate cleansers.
