So far, my feelings reading this are, "Yeah, this is a really important topic I hadn't given nearly so much thought to! I should definitely read a book about it," because this book isn't particularly informative, despite all the research the author seems to have done. A lot of the information thus far are things I could have said myself, before reading anything about it. Still, it's a short enough book.
