I loved this book. I love how Austin Channing Brown wrote about her faith and how God could handle her anger. What a strong faith to know that God could handle what the rest of the world made her feel was unacceptable: the visible anger of a Black woman.

I love how Channing Brown wrote about how the words of other Black writers saved her and helped her understand and accept herself and realize her potential.
