Several good and easy recipes that are especially nice to prepare during the summer when we don't want to turn on the oven. One pot cleaning is an added bonus. During Covid Hubby is helping me cook about half the meals since we can't go out a few times a week to restaurants as we usually do. He likes the crockpot, as he can't burn his shirt tail. Don't ask!
