Gave up after about 10 pages and skimming the rest. Too much vague woowoo, and Captain Obvious stuff. Among the "Constructive Living Principles" (basically proverbs) there are a few good ones, such as
"Rely on reality, not a person or system of thought."
But we also get
"Quitting one's job should be avoided."

For some this may be a virtual feast. For me, it's a vending machine baloney sandwich.
