around here I think the plot finally gets into kicking as the Freakangels get into conflict with the roving militias commanded by would-be warlords with access to surplus military equipment, the artwork is also quite inventive... other than the title characters' psychic powers this feels like one of the most likely and realistic post-apocalyptic SF works I have read in a long while
