Never Assume - "Never assume you know someone by what you've heard. People like to twist things up and not always in a bad way, but also, in not a very good way, neither. You don't know someone's story until you've sat with them. Until they've opened up to you. Don't assume anything." It's crucial to consider and dwell on information you've heard through the grapevine. Never spread rumors and gossip based on hearsay.

Give It to Yourself - "So if they keep doing you wrong, then don't feel too bad for cutting them out of your life. You should never regret putting yourself first - loving yourself first. You deserve to, and if no one is willing to love you, then by all means, you deserve to give it to yourself. Self-love is a beautiful thing." This is an understated, important reminder to always take care of and love yourself first.

I Believe - "Let their actions speak over their words and pay close attention to the way some of them change. Because like the old saying goes. How they treat you is how they feel about you. And I'm a firm believer in that."
