HALF WAY THROUGH FOLKS!
Never thought I would spend this much time reading a single book. I guess it's a new experience reading such a sciencey non-fiction. Definitely going to finish this.
I mean, so far it's been quite complex, especially for a non-science major like me. Despite that, it really clarified some controversial issues on nutrition and diet that I would otherwise not know.
