Finished the Blood Simple chapter. Mostly reciting the plot and some dialogue verbatim. Only about a page of analysis, and pretty surface level at that. Hopefully it gets deeper.

It’s not real good. Started it a while ago and took a long break to read other things. Just finished the Lebowski chapter. Next is O Brother Where Art Thou. I’ll probably stop reading it after that.
I'd be interested to read a chapter about No Country for Old Men. The other films seem like they'd be a bit of a stretch.
Most of it is just reciting what happens in the movie. Not much analysis.
