Okay, so more problems:
1. Reverse harem book where the first sex scene is skipped? Kinda need some sex scenes in a reverse harem...
2. Characters professing love who are almost strangers.
3. Main character professes love for the Hero Association, yet it's been abusive to her since the start. World building doesn't explain her loyalty.
4. Fight/training scenes have been garbage. I expect better from superhero books.

The book is just bad. It has so much potential and it’s just executed in such a bad way! I feel like I’m hate-reading it at this point. Too much “because the author says so” style writing and not enough actual development. I don’t know what hardly anyone looks like and some people still don’t even have names!

Picked this up as it was recommended by one of my newer favorite authors... honestly disappointed. It's written in a very juvenile style for a reverse harem or even regular romance book. It wasn't listed as YA, so that's not something I can over look. I also feel like I'm being told more than being shown, and the world building is just outright not there.
