I'm like 99.9% sure he is grabbing it....and in this case I should have judged the book by it's cover because I already hate it and I'm only like 5% in!

I am in a freaking book slump though!! I can't decide if I should continue to punish myself and finish it or find something else. Nothing's ringing my bell right now....

One day I’m going to learn to not read books that don’t interest me. It’s just when you get in those desperate slumps you’ve just GOT to read something. The other day my husband had the audacity to say “well just don’t read, watch tv or something” like, bitch, I NEED to read! I panic when I don’t have something good lined up. In reality he’s right and I do need to take breaks every now and again. Still. He don’t know.

Ha! Silly males. Gotta nip that misconception in the bud, stat.

Slumps happen to everyone tho. Lack of baseball or reading time makes me insane...lack of both together is a calamity for yours truly. I get so grumpy if I hit a book slump during the offseason, lol. The books are practically cowering on their shelves. 😱
