4 years ago today, my brother Scott lost his battle with brain cancer. What I do know is he lived to be 35 years old, when they gave him to the age of 3.

Cancer has been an ever-present part of my life since I was 5 (and he was almost 2). That's why I'm donating 50% of the royalties from Secret Legacy to the American Cancer Society.
