My favorite out of all Dan Brown's books. This story does a great job of trying to reconcile the science vs God dilemma. For instance, my intelligent brain tells me that there is no God and that the whole God, heaven and hell thing is just a human construct intended to make our insignificant human lives seem meaningful and that when we die that some part of us lives on somewhere IF we follow certain rules and on the other hand there's a part of me that WANTS to believe that such things are real and that I'll see my loved ones in heaven one day. Brown posits a very believable theory with the whole "God particle" bit.
