I have found one pleasure in this book alone: poor, overlooked Colonel Brandon... Marianne is far too young and foolish for him, and wouldn't deserve him even if they were more of an age to each other. I'm firmly standing by Elinor as a much more suitable match for him, not as a passionate lover but at least as a meeting of minds!
Otherwise not loving this one as much as P&P but it's MUCH BETTER than Persuasion
