The tension between Damien and Nikki is amazing, wow! I actually like this one much more than my previous read of billionaire erotic reads: This Man. At least the hero isn't crazy and the heroine doesn't make me want to slap her like crazy.

While Nikki and Damien's story does feel a bit dated in the year 2025, I'm enjoying this a lot more the second time. I never finished this series so I decided to pick it up on a whim. I can't deny that the sexy times aka love scenes are super hot. I do get a bit embarrassed being in Nikki's head though lol. I don't understand her actions sometimes. Damien is still mysterious as ever. Looking forward to reading more!
