Okay...so Lance gives Andrew his elk bone jewelry. Andrew's mother tells Lance since he took the initiative, "You've become 'woman' in the relationship, the one in control." Because they are in matriarchal culture.

All this whimpering and crying and shuddering and trembling...it's making me gag. With all of his tears, he could have cried himself a river already.

Lance and the twins were all part of the police escape. So why in the blue fuck are the twins explaining to Lance about what they all experienced/ witnessed?
