I'm not sure I am really liking how the relationship between Reid and Gytha is playing out. Reid needs to step up and stop apologizing to Gytha - she needs to "put her in her place" but in a way that shows to Gytha that Reid is in control and can handle herself. Reid keeps backing down and I am not sure exactly why....
