I just finished the first story (A Wind Named Amnesia), and while the story had a neat idea I'm not sure I enjoyed what the author did with it. Mass amnesia struck 3 years ago leaving mankind unable to remember how anything worked. Except for when they do for plot reasons. A lot is hand waved away for plot convenience, actually.
