i was so hyped to finally get a book with an aro/ace mc but now that i'm reading it, i can't help but constantly wonder if it's accurate in terms of representation? wanted to read a few reviews to get a feel of it but there were too many spoilers lol. i think i'll steer clear of reviews for now, finish the book & figure out how i feel about it, then read up on some #ownvoices reviews & adjust my opinion accordingly.
