Starting to think that everything the author knows about high school is from tv shows and stereotypes. Mc is a popular cheerleader “mean girl” with a football player boyfriend. They’re both rich and going to Ivy League schools. Her ex best friend is a girl who wears all black, has a piercing, and doesn’t fit in. People don’t interact with people who are not in their clique. Real life isn’t like this.
